US Customers:
We ship by US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
We will ship to International Clients using Global Priority or Registered Mail. We will NOT ship fine jewelry to anyone living anywhere by first class mail.
International Customers:
Please e-mail us for a quote on shipping. Fine jewelry is mailed by Registered Mail.
Restocking Fee:
Return Policy: Do not return the piece without contacting us. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to tell us you wish to return the piece. We charge a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.
The item MUST BE returned to us in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY it was shipped -- each piece should be bubble wrapped and mailed in a USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail BOX.
We ship professionally to you and we expect the same courtesy on the return. No exceptions.
Your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, will be issued after we receive the item and assess any damages caused during the return shipping process.
